Requirements:
Because we are a mobile service delivering services to
multiple locations, our technicians need to be extremely
responsible and dependable, and
extremely
comfortable with MapQuest and/or GPS, and following driving
directions. All
applicants must have a current driver’s license and reliable
transportation. Applicants must be comfortable and
proficient in internet use, as all scheduling and 90%
communication between Renovo and our technicians is done via
internet & e-mail. Cell phone and consistent internet access
is also required.
Because our technicians may go into a client’s home
and/or hotel room, a National Background check will need to
be submitted before employment is finalized, and bonding
will be required before being placed on the schedule.
However, you can also feel safe knowing Renovo
requires the establishment of a client account, complete
with national background check of the client, for any
individual desiring private in-home or in-office service,
before our technician services these private sessions.
Compensation:
Service compensation is 40%-Renovo, 60%-tech for servicing
individuals at our Contracted Facilities, and 45%-Renovo,
55%-tech + travel and mileage reimbursement, for servicing
clients at a non-Contracted Facility site. There is
also additional compensation for services performed on
weekends and holidays at non-Contracted Facility sites, and
time and a half for all services performed on federal
holidays, regardless of service site. “Contracted
Facilities” will be explained during the telephone
interview.
