Reservation Policy (Nanny Service)
•Services will only be reserved through a credit
card hold of the full service amount. The payment
will be processed immediately following the
completion of service.
•Reservations should be made at least one (1) week
in advance.
•Services will be reserved as availability allows
•Reservations can be made through our service
coordinators by calling 401-919-5894, or by filling
out one of our reservation form.

Reservation Policy
(Banquet & In-Home Events)
•Service reservation requires a non-refundable
deposit of the entire Coordination Fee.
•Two (2) weeks prior to the event a credit card hold
for the entire remaining balance will be required,
with the payment being processed immediately
following the completion of the event.
•For those events in which the guests pay directly
for services, all payments must be reserved through
each individual guest’s credit card two (2) weeks
prior to the event, with payments being processed
immediately following the completion of the event.
•At this time, if an event still has guests with
outstanding payment authorizations, the event host
will be contacted by Renovo to discuss other
alternatives.

Cancellation Policy (Nanny Services)
•There is a
40% charge for cancellations made less than 72 hours
in advance.
•Date
transfers requested less than 72 hours of the
original appointment will only be rescheduled with a
non-refundable deposit of 40% of the original
service charge.

Cancellation Policy (Banquet & In-Home Events)
•Cancellations must be made two (2) week in advance
in order to avoid a 70% cancellation charge.
•Changes to activity packages must be made 48 hours
prior to the event and can only be changed as
availability allows.
•Date transfers requested less than two (2) weeks of
the original appointment will only be rescheduled
with a non-refundable deposit of 70% of the original
event’s service charge.

Late Policy/No Show (Nanny Services)
•A 15-minute grace period on all confirmed
appointments is provided.
•After 15 minutes the technician will leave and the
client will be charged for the full amount of the
confirmed services.

(Event Packages)
For children who
arrive late or not at all, parents or the client,
whomever reserved the services, will be charged the
full fee of confirmed services.

Gratuities
•Gratuities are not included in service charges for
our Nanny Service. If you are pleased with the
services you have received and would like to show
your appreciation, additional gratuities would be
appreciated.
•For Banquet and In-Home style events, gratuities
are also not included in the service charges. If you
are pleased with the services you have received and
would like to show your appreciation, please do so
via a donation to the Providence Rescue Mission in
lieu of Renovo Child Care Services. Thank you.

Age
Requirement
•Infants and
children from ages 0-12 years of age are welcomed to
participate in any Renovo Rascals event.
•Children over 13 years of age and older may be
eligible for services. Contact our service
coordinators for further details.

Event
Preparations
Please make sure that there is adequate space for
the equipment and toys for the agreed upon
activities.
To protect the safety of our staff and visiting
children, we ask that you keep all pets in other
rooms to avoid any harmful interaction.
Parents/guardians are required to supply their
children with:
(For all ages)
•Blanket and pillow
•2 sets of pajamas (in case one gets soiled)
•1 extra set of clothes
•Diapers or
Pull-ups (if needed) - a small fee will be required
of the parent/guardian of a child requiring
additional diapers or pull-ups than what was
supplied by the parent/guardian.
•Sippy-Cups for us to fill (if needed)
*Please ensure all items are marked with the
child's name.
(For Infants)
•Blanket
•2 sets of pajamas

diaper bag- a small fee will be required of the
parent/guardian of a child requireing
additional diapers than what was supplied in
their diaper bag.

Reasons to Refuse Services
•Any medical conditions that developed after the
time of reservation.
•If a child is running a temperature above 100.
•If a child has a cold or virus that is contagious.
•If a child has an irritated skin, eye, or scalp
condition that is contagious.

Reasons we might refuse service
•Medical conditions not mentioned at the time of
booking.
•If a child begins running a temperature above 100.

condition that is contagious and was not mentioned
at the time of booking.
•If a child continues to be physically abusive to a
worker or another child after three (3) verbal
warnings.

Hours
of Operation
•Our service coordinators and administrative office
is available weekdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
•Our child care is available for our Nanny Services,
Banquet, and In-Home events seven days a week from
9:00am-9:00pm.
•Extended hours are available for special events
upon advanced notice and agreement.
•Refer to our Fees section for information regarding
additional fees that may apply for extended hours,
weekends, and holidays.

•Money Orders or Cashier's Checks will be accepted
if received by our office 24 hours prior to
scheduled appointment
•SORRY...No Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Cash
will be acceptable by our spa technicians upon their
arrival. All payments must be made through our
office and in advance.
