How it Works? |

|
Prior to the Event |
|
•
Our child care coordinators will arrive at your event
location approximately 1 hour before the time designated for the arrival of your guest’s children.
|
|
•
Our assigned areas will be set up approximately ½ hour prior
to that designated time.
|
|
|

|
|
•
Parents will receive a general information sheet
regarding the previously agreed upon
services
|
|
•
They will also be required to look over and initial their
child’s personal information sheet to ensure all information is correct.
|
|
•
Lastly parents will be required to mark all their child's
items with name tags.
|
|
|

 |
During the Event
|
•
Children will
be placed in their appropriate age group where they are
entertained with games, activities, and towards the end of
the event a featured film.

Our age groups are as follows:
|
|
0 - 12 mos
|
|
13 mos. - 24 mos
|
|
2yrs. - 4yrs
|
|
5yrs. - 8yrs
|
|
9yrs. - 12yrs
|
|
• Children
13 years of age and older may qualify for free
services. These details can be discussed with your Service & Event
Coordinator.

|
 |
|
•
The children will also
receive drinks and snacks throughout the event which
are supplied by Renovo Rascals.
|
|
•
The children are given
a goody bag filled with treats and toys for them to
take home.

• Each
child is returned to the adult who dropped them off
or any other adult who is listed on their pick-up
sheet
|
