Our prices are calculated in 4 easy steps:

1. 1.  Coordination Fee (paid by the event host)
   - combined fee of the following two items:
   

   • The number of children we need to coordinate the event for, and/or register.

   • The number of hours needed for our staff to set up and breakdown the childcare area assigned to us. (usually only applicable for large events)

2. 
   2.  Travel Fee (paid by the event host)
   - combined fee of the following two items:

   • The amount of caregivers needed to service your event

   • The calculated fee to and from your event from our location.

3. 
   3.  Service Fees (can either be paid by the event host or divided evenly among the number of children)
   - combined fee of the following two items:

   • The amount of caregivers needed to service your event

   • The number of hours childcare is provided

4. 
   4.  "Add-On" Fees - optional
   (can either be paid by the event host or divided evenly among the number of children)

   • Any additional activities you would like added in addition to our standard event schedule.
