Pricing OverviewOur prices are calculated in 4 easy steps:

Coordination Fee
(paid by the event host)
- combined fee of the following two items:

The number of children we need to
coordinate the event for, and/or register.

The number of hours needed for
our staff to set up and breakdown the childcare area
assigned to us. (usually only applicable for large
events)

2. Travel Fee (paid by
the event host)
- combined fee of the following two items:

3. Service Fees (can
either be paid by the event host or divided evenly among
the number of children)
- combined fee of the following two items:

4. "Add-On" Fees -
optional
(can either be paid by the event host or divided evenly
among the number of children)
