Renovo Health & Wellness seeks
Independent Sales
Representatives to sell services and create partnering
relations with local networking businesses in assigned areas
and territories throughout RI and Southern MA. All
leads are generated by Renovo's marketing team and all
marketing and sales materials, except business cards, are
supplied by Renovo with no cost to our Sales
Representatives.
Must be highly self motivated, responsible and honest.
Salary is 100% commission for a probationary period
of 3 months with possible advancement to weekly
salary/salary draw plus commission. Position is 70% work
for home so phone line and personal computer with internet
access are a must. The additional 30% is a combination of
inter-office meetings and sales appointments with targeted
local business facilities.
Hours are flexible and can be coordinated around your
personal schedule.
Corporate sales experience preferred.
All new consultants must attend inter-office and
sales training seminars, which do not require any financial
payment from sales rep.
Individuals excited about getting in on the ground
floor, growing with our company, and quickly advancing in
position and responsibilities would benefit most from this
position.

Essential Duties and responsibilities are:

Develop new accounts.

Communicates directly with new and
existing customers or clients to explain features and
merits of products and services offered.

Maintain existing accounts to ensure service
satisfaction.

Find and contact prospects and explain features and
merits of products or services offered, utilizing
persuasive sales techniques.

Mail out business information to corporations,
associations, leagues, and other affiliations that are
potential accounts.

Introduce and promote Corporate Rewards program to
incentive groups locally, regionally, and nationally by
sales calls, appointments, and presentations.

Report all contact leads for maintaining potential
clients and directing them to Sales Director.

Project a professional image to business associates and
the community.

Attend weekly meetings (in house meetings or telephone
conference) and report sales performance goals and new
contacts.

Explore new promotional trends and work with local
vendors to promote all of our services.

Maintain a program of competitive awareness and action
to maximize the company’s position in the market place.

Recommend strategies to include planning/coordinating
promotions and community activities.

Perform duties and special projects (as directed by
Sales Director) as needed.
