Reservation Policy (Individual Services)
•For all private residential services, a client
account must be set up before the initial
appointment. Contact us for further details
regarding this procedure.
•Bookings will only be reserved through a credit
card hold of the full service amount. The payment
will be processed immediately following the
completion of service.
•Reservations need to be made at least 2 hours in
advance.
•Services will be reserved as availability allows.
•Reservations can be made through our service
coordinators by calling (401) 919 - 5894, or through
our on-line scheduling system.

•Group bookings require a non-refundable 40% deposit
of all service charges.
•Two (2) weeks prior to the event a credit card hold
for the entire remaining balance will be required,
with the payment being processed immediately
following the completion of the event.

Cancellation Policy (Individual Services)
•There is a 40% charge
for cancellations made between 24 & 72 hours in
advance.
•Date transfers requested between 24 & 72 hours in
advance of the original appointment will only be
rescheduled with a non-refundable deposit of 40% of
the original service charge.
•There is a 50% charge for cancellations made
between 2 & 24 hours in advance.
•Date transfers requested between 2 & 24 hours in
advance of the original appointment will only be
rescheduled with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of
the original service charge.
•There is a 75% charge for cancellations made less
than 2 hours in advance.
•Date transfers requested less than 2 hours in
advance of the original appointment will only be
rescheduled with a non-refundable deposit of 75% of
the original service charge.

Cancellation Policy (Event Packages)
•Cancellations for
spa parties must be made two (2) week in advance
in order to avoid a 70% cancellation charge.
•Changes to event packages must be made 48 hours
prior to the event and can only be changed as
availability allows.
•Date transfers requested less than two (2)
weeks of the original appointment will only be
rescheduled with a non-refundable deposit of 70%
of the original event’s service charge.

Late Policy (Individual Services)
•A 15-minute grace period on all confirmed
appointments is provided.
•After 15 minutes the technician will leave and the
client will be charged the full amount of the
confirmed services.

Late Policy (Event Packages)
•For spa parties and
events, we cannot guarantee full service if
someone is late for their start time.
•If it fits into the party or event schedule, we
will try to accommodate the late guest.
•For those who do not keep their appointments,
the full fee will be charged. However, if a
guest does not show up at a party or event and
you have paid for their services in advance, the
other guests may take advantage of the
treatments that had been previously reserved.

Fees
•There is a $75.00 minimum for the first hour
of service for each technician.
•A destination fee will apply and will vary based on
distance and time required for travel.
•An additional fee will be charged for weekend
appointments for all individual services.
•An additional fee may be charged for weekend
appointments for event services. This fee will be
determined depending on the amount of guests and
services requested, and will be determined at the
time of booking.
•An additional fee will be charged for holiday
appointments for all individual and event services.

Gratuities
•Tipping is left to the
discretion of our clients with the exception of
our Spa Events, where as a 20% gratuity charge
is automatically applied.
•Gift certificates do not include gratuity
unless noted otherwise.

Age
Requirements
•Kids and teen
spa parties for ages 6 and older are available, but
there must be at least one adult present throughout
the entire party.
Clients without an
adult chaperone must be at least 16 years of age.
•Bartending and/or alcoholic themes will not be
offered through Renovo Health & Wellness for events
entertaining guests under 21

The On-Site Process
•All treatments are
performed on a massage table, massage chair, or
a facial table.
•Our spa professionals will arrive 15-20 minutes
prior to your appointment to set up.
•We take great care in ensuring your privacy.
All treatments are performed with you dressed to
your comfort level.

Preparations
•Please make sure that there is adequate
space for the spa technician to set up their tables
and any necessary equipment to create the right
atmosphere.
•To protect their safety, we ask that you keep all
pets and young children in other rooms to avoid any
contact with candles or other products that may be
harmful.
•If you have any questions about preparation, please
feel free to call or e-mail us.

that developed after the time of reservation.
•Broken skin or lesions.
•Please state if you are pregnant prior to
treatment. Although this would not be a reason
for us to automatically refuse service, certain
precautions need to be taken. If it is too late
for the appropriate accommodations to be taken
at that time, services should be refused.

coordinators and administrative office is
available weekdays from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
•Our spa technicians are available for
individual appointments seven days a week from
9:00am-9:00pm.
•Extended hours are available for special events
upon advanced notice and agreement.
•Refer to our Fees section for information
regarding additional fees that may apply for
extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
